Tidak banyak benda baru dalam karnival ini... Tetapi ada beberapa benda yang rasanya agak menarik untuk dikongsikan bersama... Setibanya dalam ruangan karnival di Air Port Lama Tawau, pertandingan Drift sedang berlangsung dengan 8 buah kereta mengambil bahagian...  My poor car key...After using my Wira SE remote control (same as Waja) for about 5 years, it becomes insensitive. Sometimes work, sometimes it doesn't work at all and sometimes I got to " cucuk" the button using other small key just to make it work. And 2 months before, the plastic casing broke and I have to glue it... And starting from that day, it was incapable to lock at all. If you heard a heavy rotating sound from your vehicle wheels (I really meant the tires), your wheel bearing need to be replaced. Well, I had mine replaced on the 11.12.2009. One bearing will cost you RM55.00 but it depend on Malaysian currency because most of the parts available for Wira came from overseas such as Taiwan and Japan. You might get it from PROTON Service Center but their parts and charges usually double the price that you pay to ordinary workshop.

 This particular accident happened in front of the Quicklines Print Shop and PROTON EDAR Showroom in Tawau. The car involved was a Perodua Kancil and a Toyota Land Cruiser VX. I can't really see the damage but I think the Kancil suffer the most from it.

I was driving home from the wet market when I saw the accident at Uni Villa junction. It was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I think the collision happened around 15 minutes before because the firemen and policeman were already there to control the situation. The van might have collided with a green 5 tonne lorry (on the other side of the road) but I am not really sure because I did not stop by to investigate. The condition of the van... Driving around is fun but with a problem on your clutch, your legs become tired easily. It happens to me for about a week (last week till yesterday) until I went to a workshop yesterday. As I arrived, I met Mr Samsudin and brief him on the clutch problem. He went to the car and starts checking it out. After giving a couple of suggestion, I let him do his job. This carnival was held on the 16 – 17 May 2009. I only manage to go there on the second day and I can only spend around 30 minutes on the location. Well, the drag race was scheduled at 2 p.m. and I arrived around 1.10 p.m. I absolutely will miss the race. My daughter has been having flu for a day. The flu made her breathing inconsistent. So, I went to Klinik Muhamad at about 8:00 p.m. When I arrived, there are few numbers of people waiting for their turns. So, we waited and thanks god, our turns came at about 9.00 p.m.

I am not writing a review on this car, just want to express my congratulations to Proton Holdings for launching the new MPV on the 15th April 2009. I am proud to see the amazing design they offer. I think it would be one of the most desirable MPV in Malaysia. I am very sure that a few of this MPV will be moving around Tawau in the next couple of months.
