After a long rest from last season actions, EPL will starts its new season on the 15th August 2009. The season will be officially lunched as the FA Community Shield is played on Sunday, 9th August 2009.

It's been quite boring two months without the live EPL football match but I watched some Manchester United friendly match. I think the team are quite ready for the league. I like their form but the scoring touch need to be sharpen a bit as creating chances and scoring are a different stage in a match. United latest signing, Antonio Valencia has proven his worth in the last friendly match and I agree to what Sir Alex Ferguson comments.

Playing a great football without winning will be very frustrating. Hopefully, everything will go to the right direction and United will lift the Premiership Cup once again this season.

As for the FA Community Shield, I think Manchester United will win based on the form they are having right now. I don't know what Carlo Ancelotti strategies will be but I think United is going to win by 2 - 1.
