I am not writing a review on this car, just want to express my congratulations to Proton Holdings for launching the new MPV on the 15th April 2009. I am proud to see the amazing design they offer. I think it would be one of the most desirable MPV in Malaysia. I am very sure that a few of this MPV will be moving around Tawau in the next couple of months.

This MPV is available in two versions: Proton Exora High Line AT at OTR RM 75,998 and Medium Line AT at RM69,998. They have a few colours offered and I think this Gala Blue (pictures above) is quite nice.

The Proton Exora is powered by CAMPRO CPS 1.6 litre engine. According to few of Proton Exora test drive reviews, they came out to be satisfied with the performance of this engine. It is sure not going to beat the Nissan Grand Livina’s 1.6 CVTC responsive engine due to its weight (even though both engine have same 1600 cc displacement). However, the performance of Proton Exora is very acceptable.

Proton Exora ,a very spacious MPV. Proton Exora  is what you need if you have a big family. Proton Exora Carries up to 7 adults comfortably in plush leather seats. For more room, the 2nd and 3rd rows can be arranged and folded in 6 different ways, including completely flat.

Fuel consumption? For now there is no data provided by Proton in terms of km/l or litre per 100km. Basically Proton Exora  will be slightly fuel consuming than the Proton Gen2 CPS with the same 1.6 litre campro cps engine because you'll tends to go slower with this big body around. So I think it still among the best fuel consumption in its class.
